CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course is designed for students who need to acquire the knowledge and skills of one-variable calculus at a general level for the studies in science or engineering.  The course places special emphasis on the theoretical foundations as well as the methods and techniques of computation and their applications. Learning Outcome： Students are able to: • Define and distinguish the usual concepts used in one variable calculus • Logically prove basic statements in one variable calculus • Calculate various differential quantities and solve problems using one variable calculus • Apply the methods of one variable calculus to standard problems in physics, engineering, or business economics • Appreciate the rationale and impact of one variable calculus to human development in science and technology.
