#1 內容有點淺，為入門心理學，不要期望會有很多得著。如果想輕鬆拎好grade就讀啦，但唔好諗住會學到好多野。reflective journal x2 都幾簡單。quiz x2都只係mc（利申A-）

#1 好人，但花太多時間講解淺易的concept，對於較深的concept反而著墨不多，講野有啲廢，好悶

Description：
A broad-based and non-technical introduction to the
study of behaviour and mental processes. Topics include learning,
development, psychotherapy, the brain and states of consciousness, sensation
and perception, memory, social behaviour, personality, psychological
disorders, coping and health, stress and others.

Outcome：
Students are
expected to participate actively and openly so that after taking this course,
they would be more able to expand self-awareness, to make conscious choices
to modify their attitudes and behavior and greater autonomy in living.
