CUSIS科目資料	Description： Political analyses of international and local current affairs. Selected issues will be discussed from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Part of the course may take the form of debate. The purpose is to provide students with the necessary political knowledge for critical analysis of current affairs. Learning Outcome： Being a course of general education, instead of in-depth professional, after taking the course, -Students are expected to have their own insight on current issues -Students are expected to understand basic concepts of mass media and politics, e.g. mediocracy, globalization, left/ right, unilateralism, etc. -Students are expected to be able to give critical argument against dominant view in any issue -Students are expected to be able write well-established analytical article to comment current issues -Students are expected to expand their English vocabulary about current issues -Students are expected to learn speech skill from the instructor
