CUSIS科目資料	Description： The laboratory course provides practical skills acquire for works of clinical and community nutrition. The topics in this laboratory course require students to apply science knowledge into practice. Learning Outcome： After taking this laboratory course, students will be able to: -Design therapeutic diets for patients with diseases and special needs -Conduct nutrition/health survey, including use of the software SPSS to manage and statistically analyze data, for diagnoses of community nutrition problems -Perform basic individual counseling and community nutrition screening -Skills of developing educational material for nutrition promotion and delivering health messages to the public
