評價教學內容	#1 上堂教的野唔算深，易明。教時都會有例子。課上測驗可以帶2-sided A4 cheat sheet，不過其實都係吹水就ok。
評價教員教學	#1 上堂教書講野幾清晰。不過個問題係佢好鍾意遲到，最遲試過遲十幾分鐘。
CUSIS科目資料	Description： The course is designed to familiarize students with both the theoretical and the practical aspects of classroom management and school discipline in secondary schools. It also aims at assisting teachers to promote an optimum learning environment and to encourage the development of self-discipline among students. Topics include: organizational perspective of discipline, group dynamics, management skills in context, student-teacher relationship, school rules and organization policies, coordination between discipline and guidance, home-school partnership and whole school discipline. Learning Outcome： At the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to:   1. develop an understanding of the important factors affecting classroom management and discipline;   2. adopt several key preventive measures to establish a positive learning environment;   3. acquire some intervention strategies in solving discipline problems;  4. explore and develop a personal approach to classroom management and discipline
