評價教學內容	#1 Two MC quizzes, 20% each. One final paper 35%. 10% exercise (very simple, the guest will teach you hand-by-hand), 15% attendance (UReply + group exercise). Exercises are really simple, say something reasonably will do. Quizzes and final: pay attention to class, most Qs derive from what she say.  Final paper many things to write, long but not difficult, have the normal ability to elaborate (blow water) will do. Give you one week to write, normally can finish within 3 days. Around week 10 till the end are guest talks, can daydream. #2 多為背書，內容簡單但有用，有聽書就一定明，冇project，兩次Test，一次Exam。
評價教員教學	#1 Focus on application of concepts instead of reciting book (not using textbook at all) Willing to answer questions. She speaks quite fast so write faster when jotting notes.  Grade depends on how much effort you spend. Not a killer definitely.  #2 Anna慈祥又關心學生，會分享好多佢以前做HR嘅經驗，又會畀好多career tips，最主要係靚grade！(Take左兩個Anna嘅course都攞A)

Drawing on behavioral science concepts and theories, we examine topics including job analysis, manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and motivation, benefit, employee relations, and employee security and safety.   Learning Outcome： 1. Understand the theoretical knowledge and concepts of human capital management  2. Analyze and apply the main theories and concepts in examining organizatinal human capital problems, including Hong Kong and other countries  3. Develop human capital-related skills including critical thinking, oral and written communication skills for future general managers.
