評價教學內容	#1 欠缺文學性的科目，過分簡單，而課程內容並不能幫助學生更了解旅行書寫的文學類型。課程選取之文本並不有趣，甚至可以說是頗為沉悶。另，雖名為旅行書寫，但實際上有部分文本與旅行無關。而老師在課堂上對於文本之講授，往往都是逐字逐句在課上閱讀文本，但並沒有從文學角度提供有趣的見解。 習作方面，論文限制文本，發揮空間窄。另有一散文創作習作，但要求學生以香港本地遊為主題，同樣限制學生發揮。（選修這門課，我想，許多同學是希望寫作自己在外地的旅行經驗的。）
評價教員教學	#1 備課情況存疑。每週，老師只準備了一份Word，其中許多內容只是複製文本的句子。課堂頗為沉悶，應該沒有多少同學有認真聽課。另外，老師似乎認為自己很幽默。 另外，老師會遲開課半小時，有時更會早放。令人擔憂老師的備課情況是否不足以支撐3 credit的課堂。對於希望認真研讀文學的同學而言，不推薦選取這位老師的課。對於想要工作量較少的科目的同學而言，我想這位老師的課或許可以考慮，畢竟上課時間也比其他老師短。
CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course introduces students to the key concepts and theories of travel writing. Through an in-depth study of selected works, the relationship between travel writing and society will be examined, and the artistic quality of travel writing will be evaluated.   Learning Outcome： Upon completion of the course, students are expected to be able to: 1. Explain the key concepts and theories related to travel writing. 2. Describe major issues related to travel writing from Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. 3. Critically analyse the current issues or raise new issues. 4. Compare the characteristics of different travel writings and evaluate their artistic quality.

CUSIS科目資料	Description： Owing to its unique historical, geographical and cultural background, Hong Kong literature has assumed a special character. This course aims at providing students with general knowledge of the history, the genres, and the important writers of Hong Kong literature through the appreciation of representative pieces. Methods of literary analysis will also be introduced.   Learning Outcome： 預期修畢本科目，學生能夠： 1. 對香港文學及其重要作品有基本認識。 2. 掌握現當代文學的閱讀和分析方法。 3. 能通過本地文學作品反思香港歷史、文化和社會課題。
