評價教學內容	#1  教深考淺。呢科基本上就係舊時A level PM嘅non-calculus part。開頭少少logic，然後就教晒嗰啲PM會見到嘅topics，包括inequalities、complex numbers、conic sections嗰啲。 不過，陳啟良會上堂講一堆out of syllabus嘅內容，例如Poincare disk同group homomorphism。而且，可能係第一年有呢個course嘅關係（又或者我哋呢屆勁），課程編排差劣。佢week 10已經完晒所有內容，結果直接開始講MATH1038嘅內容。 workload唔少。10份功課，每份功課1星期dead，而且每份hw有8題左右。
評價教員教學	#1  ok啦，風趣幽默。佢會滲extra嘢，立志讀數嘅人會聽得開心。手字好靚。
CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course is designed as a continuation of the HKDSE Mathematics (Compulsory Part) or equivalent, to familiarize mathematics major students with foundational algebraic and geometric methods which will help in the study of other MATH courses (including Honours courses).   Learning Outcome： Upon completion of the course, students are able to: •    Understand the content of simple mathematical statements. •    Apply various results about elementary algebraic methods and geometric methods in computational type problems. •    Deduce, with reference of definitions, (but if relevant and necessary, with various established classical results assumed) mathematical results in elementary algebra, such as divisibility (for integers), inequalities (about real numbers), complex numbers, polynomials and their roots. •    Read off and describe solutions of simple equations and inequalities through the use of algebraic methods, and/or graphical methods. •    Handle simple geometric problems with algebraic methods, and visualize simple algebraic problems through geometry.

評價教學內容	#1  呢科一次過教晒matrix vector仲有multivariable calculus 不過精算系同學一定要take 其他人都唔會無啦啦take
評價教員教學	#1 佢好鐘意講理論instead of實際操作 真係要數底好好 先可以聽得明佢講乜(仲要考試都唔係考晒嗰啲 例如又講到四維 五維空間但係都唔考) 同埋佢可能本來好叻 佢唔get點解其他人唔明某啲嘢 所以你再叫佢解釋可能都難幫到你 如果唔係好勁嘅 而有得揀其他staff 唔推介呢個 lily pan同chan hiu ning解釋都會比較好
CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course is designed for students who wish to specialize in mathematics related financial studies. It is especially suitable for those who have a mathematics background similar to that of HKDSE Mathematics Extended Module I or II. The students are to acquire further cognition and stronger skills from their original training. It leads to the command of knowledge and operation of higher algebra. By this course, the students will have a smooth transition into studying the essential mathematics for financial studies.   Learning Outcome： Students are able to:  • Write mathematical argument inductively and deductively  • Perform matrix operations, calculate determinants, find inverses and solve equations in such context  • Perform usual work involving partial differentiation and multiple integrals  • Appreciate the rationale and impact of pure mathematics to human development in business and technology.
