Description: An intermediate
course designed for students who have already acquired basic knowledge of
Hanyu Pinyin and able to conduct simple conversations in Putonghua in daily
situations. The course aims to strengthen their knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin,
correct pronunciation, increase vocabulary under different real life
settings. Students will be able to present their ideas in short connected
utterances. Course contents
focus on students’ ability to speak under a variety of real life settings and
present ideas in short connected utterances. Activities conduced in class
include a series of training on pronunciation, evaluation of differences
between Putonghua and Cantonese expressions with reference to their
communicative ability at paragraph level. Students will be able to understand
and identify phrases spoken by native speakers and speakers with dialect
accents. E-learning
laboratory sessions not only provide target training on pronunciation and
listening, but also allow students to complete online exercises, conduct
recording and test or examination. Learning Outcome: (學習成果:第五級和第六級)具備參與在正式及非正式場合中談話的能力,能就不同話題發表意見,並根據不同交際場境調整談話策略, 能完成學習或工作中常見的任務。 (S&L1) 具有一定的詞彙量,能聽懂正式場合和非正式場合中一般的交際對話。 |

回覆刪除一、教材質素差
上課使用的powerpoint格式不統一(font size, 甚至有簡有繁, 編排奇怪, 像小學生製作的powerpoint)
難以相信是大學lecturer水平
二、教學態度差
語言課程向來需要多溫習多讀才可學懂
惟教員Ms. Hon Sun Yu於同學讀錯時
常加上一句:『剛才不是練過了嗎?怎麼還會讀錯呢?』(exact wording)(FYI只練了一次)
每個同學能力各異,倘若只讀一次就能學懂,還需要有十二周的課堂,還需要有教員的存在嗎?
三、上課常浪費時間作無謂的事情
教員Ms. Hon Sun Yu於上課時經常就同學遲到、說話聲線之問題長篇大論
就同一問題不斷重複
阻礙上課進度
教員在第一週已經闡述過有關資訊
故我認為實在無謂不斷重複
教員又不時在課堂期間宣傳其Youtube頻道
惟在課堂結束時又會怪責同學讀得不好以致耽誤課程進度
