評價教學內容	#1 1.內容唔悶，有d都幾貼近日常生活（例如香料、咖啡之類） 2.上堂會播紀錄片同傳閱植物標本 3.Workload唔重，淨係一個reflective journal、role play activity、final同visual narrative。Reflective journal佢會比清晰指引你點寫，只要用心寫攞靚grade唔難。Role play activity 除左事前睇materials同填張worksheet係唔使準備任何野，到時係即堂分組present。Final係MC加一條SQ，難度偏高，自己都覺得考差左但最後個grade 都有A-，我諗你只要其他coursework做得好嘅話想拉翻都唔難。Visual narrative係上網看圖寫感想，hea。 #2 個course 幾有趣同幾貼近生活。頭嗰2堂會教多啲比較科學上嘅嘢，例如花嘅結構，點解蓮花出於污泥而不染等等，所以會比較深，但係做RJ 就得，唔駛點背。之後嗰幾課就貼近日常生活啲，例如講吓啲香料點解會咁香、花點解有唔同顏色等等，都幾有趣，相信無science 底都得。 Online exam 要1個鐘寫3條100-350字嘅short essays, 時間好chur，open book 都未必寫得切。佢啲問題仲要你思考完先答到，例如點解Plants 係faithful 同 evil. 不過好似會成日翻炒past paper，早啲準備定就得，多勞多得
評價教員教學	#1 1.講解清晰，但一定要專心上堂，佢會講好多ppt冇但考試會出嘅野，信息量比較大（唔知係咪因為我係上暑sem所以講得稍快） 2.Nice，問書冇壓力 3.只要努力，冇理科底都有機會攞靚grade的（利申中學冇簡phychembio最後都有A-） #2 講嘢幾fun, 無咩悶場，會播好多片去解釋課程內容，不過無英文字幕有啲難睇得明。
CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course aims to provide an overview of the biodiversity of plants (also including algae) and their applications as 1) food and nutrients; 2) clothing and construction materials; 3) drugs and functional food; 4) landscaping and environment remedy stuffs; 5) hallucinogenic and narcotic agents; 6) fuels and energy; and 7) feeds, fertilizers and pesticides. The discoveries and economic applications of plants will be further discussed and reviewed, through comparing the traditional and scientific approaches of using plants, and introducing the innovation methods, genetically modified foods, and commodity markets. Learning Outcome： 1.      recognise the major groups of plants and their characteristics and properties. 2.      describe the traditional and scientific approaches and innovations in the discovery and economic applications of plants. 3.      identify the major groups of secondary metabolites and examples of their economic uses. 4.      judge the benefits and potential dangers in the modern uses of plants, in-particular on the use of GM-plants and fuel-plants. 5.      recognise and give examples on the applications of plants for (i) food and nourishment, (ii) clothing and construction materials, (iii) combating diseases and maintaining health, (iii) landscaping and environment remedy, (iv) altering minds and mental states, (v) fuels and energy, and (vi) husbandry and agriculture. 6.      recognise photosynthesis as the primary process for capturing sunlight and production of food.
