評價教學內容	#1 Workload重主要係因為份Individual Project. Individual Project係做Equity Analysis 你要搵唔同嘅Reference (e.g. Annual Report, News, Stock Market Information etc.), 再用Excel做computation (e.g. DCF, WACC) (不過Excel會有Template, 上堂都會逐個step教)   Assignment同Final Exam都係計數, Final Exam比較難同唔夠時間   Class Participation唔使開cam, 只係需要每堂答下問題同做下polling. 比較有趣嘅係佢會一開頭叫大家揀一隻股票, 升得最多就會直接Parti Full Mark, 然後佢每堂都會Update Ranking   雖然Workload比較重, 不過有時平時上堂都幾輕鬆, Note都Prep得幾好 (有ppt同word嘅note), 起碼唔會重點寫一半唔寫一半, 不過有時會有typo, 佢上堂先發現, 所以要有上堂先知
評價教員教學	#1 幾有心教, 上堂會舉real-life example同逐個逐個位講, 結果成日over-run同最後要cut syllabus Excel部分如果唔熟Excel嘅話建議錄低之後睇返, 因為上堂通常load唔切佢教緊乜 同埋佢都好好人, 好肯reply email, course以外嘅事佢都會幫手
CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course identifies and provides a framework for analysing the major financial decisions by a firm. Issues addressed include valuation, investment decision-making, analysis of risk, financial planning, dividend policy, working capital management, and the financing mix for the firm.   Learning Outcome： The primary objective of this course is to provide an introduction to financial concepts and fundamental principles for undergraduate business students who have little prior knowledge or training in finance. It is intended to be basic. At the end of the semester, students are expected to be able to: ~ improve their understanding of the vocabulary of finance; ~ communicate more effectively with financial practitioners; ~ develop guidelines to assess the performance of a firm in financial terms; ~ enhance their ability to use financial analysis when required to make decisions; ~ better understand the impact of financial decisions on the performance of a firm; ~ develop a critical thinking mindset.
