#1  grade,上佢體鍛幾輕鬆~ 唔會俾你烈日當空跑,太曬就會走入gym room教下你點樣用啲器材(印象中大部份日子都係gym room度過XD),考試前會特登highlight啲重點

重點係好鍾意搞gag :)

Description

This course is offered as one of the courses under the Required Physical Education Programme. It aims at developing students’ fundamental fitness concepts and an option as a lifelong physical activity. Contents of this course include basic concepts of physical fitness, exercise safety, basic techniques of using fitness room facilities, basic principles of exercise prescription, basic knowledge and techniques of fitness testing, basic knowledge to choose the appropriate exercise mode and design fitness programmes, nurturing positive attitudes and values toward lifelong physical activity participation etc.

 

Learning Outcome

At the end of the course, students are able to

1. perform the basic techniques of using fitness room facilities and exercise safely;

2. use the most appropriate method to improve the fitness level;

3. describe the basic concepts of physical fitness;

4. administer the fitness testing and interpret the results accordingly;

5. design the plan of exercise prescription on different fitness components in accordance with the basic principles (including weight management);

6. demonstrate positive attitudes and values toward lifelong participation in physical activities.
