評價教學內容	#1 好多內容都好有趣，會增加對中國對華南地區嘅婦女解放運動嘅認識。而且有播片段，唔會只有PPT，課後閱讀文本充足，有助寫term paper。歷史系啲paper好注重言之有據，所以paper唔難寫但搵資料比較麻煩
評價教員教學	#1 講得幾好，語速正常，有時內容比較成人向，但正正係女權嘅其中一啲重點，例如性需要、民國職業婦女嘅潛規則等等
CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course examines the history of women in China and Hong Kong from the late Ching period to the present, analyzing the roles women have played in the history of modern China. Emphasis is placed on the history of women's contribution to the political, economic and social development of China.   Learning Outcome： After taking this course, the students will be able to: -          have a better understanding of the major issues of Chinese women’s emancipation / rights movements in the past, present and future; -          interpret historical evidence through inferring, comparing and contrasting a variety of primary and secondary sources; -          analyze and evaluate the roles women have played in the history of modern China; -          have a better understanding of the evolution of modern Chinese society and the development in China; -          gain a broaden sense on gender issues, for both past and present; -          recall information on modern Chinese society; -          gain a broaden intellectual perspective by learning historical methodology; -          apply historical knowledge and methodology in other fields of study, lives and careers.

CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course examines the development of Hong Kong from its founding as a British colony from an historical perspective, with emphasis on the transformation of its social structure, cultural role, political system, economic pattern, and its position in modern China.   Learning Outcome： This course aims to help students relate their experiences to history. It presents the history of the entire period of British rule in Hong Kong in a structural and contextual manner. Students are expected to develop an appreciation for changes in Hong Kong society through times. They are encouraged to read critically some selected works on Hong Kong history and to articulate their own arguments and opinions in a reasoned manner. In short, this course helps student to (1)   enhance the understanding of local history and the relationship between modern China and Hong Kong. (2)   acquire & comprehend historical facts in various aspects, such as political structure, characteristics of social changes, economic development and Sino-Hong Kong relations. (3)   interpret historical evidence through inferring, comparing and contrasting a variety of primary and secondary sources. (4)   broaden the intellectual perspective. (5)   apply historical knowledge & methodology in life and careers and other fields of study.

Its contents analyse and describe the historical traditions and changes in Chinese politics, economy, society, religion, culture and education, as well as the relationship between Chinese tradition and modernisation. Learning Outcome： 1. 學生認識中國不同朝代的演變過程及發展特色以至不同史學家的演繹方法， 進而加強理解、欣賞和評價中國歷史及文化的能力。 2. 本科的課業要求， 讓學生學會撰寫研究報告的基礎技巧: 資料的蒐集、考證與分析， 從而應用於其研讀的學科，生活以至工作上。 3. 多元史觀的展示與批判，將提升同學獨立思考的能力，同學可利用客觀分析事物的方法， 解決現實生活以至未來工作上的困難。
