評價教學內容	#1少理科底睇文本有時幾難明，但有D都幾好睇 要做一次group presentation(~5-10mins)，online discussion，一次rj& term paper #2 文本本身比較難理解，文科人讀得比較痛苦 #3 Standard。Attendance捉得嚴 而且toturial冇得hea 要積極參與 #4 無趣[我後半程skip lecture] #5 本身成科嘢偏抽象，集宗教、哲學、科學於一科，handle唔到就最好揀中文上堂，無咁煩
評價教員教學	#1感覺會有偏心某D學生，好想學生答中佢心入面的答案/會借其他學生講嘅野指出你有咩做得唔好(好似講野有骨，feel bad)， 但做得好就會勁like你。但overall都係講道理的 教學方面就一般啦，好多時以為佢會解釋點知已經講完⋯⋯tutorial都冇點真係幫到學生(一頭霧水) #2 女professor，以前做過研究，份人好nice，聲音和藹可親，答錯野都唔會好惡。講書會儘量用故事、社會價值等引入，唔會太scientific。正常比grade，冇話特別靚特別爛 #3 標準嚴格但有時都幾好笑 教學認真 #4 無趣，專制，唔識handle局面handle討論方向，任由有學生對其他學生有欠妥言語 #5 Lecture偏悶，Cherry啲英文食晒螺絲咁。Tutorial就好啲，但有時佢內心已經有套標準答案想你跟嗰個方向，通常未做discussion之前佢會俾啲方向你。Overall佢俾grade唔鬆唔緊，合理已經有B
CUSIS科目資料	Description： This course is an intellectual pursuit across various natural sciences including the two most fundamental ones, physical and biological sciences. Ancient Greek philosophers took the lead in exploring the physical world and the world of life with reason and hence laid the foundations of natural science. This human enquiry into Nature leads to a reflection on the human understanding of Nature and the humans’ place in Nature.  From the writings and stories of great scientists selected from influential literatures, students can gain a general understanding of the concepts and methodology of science, and of how scientists relate their academic pursuit to contemporary life, thereby developing their own perspectives on scientific issues. Students will be required to read, discuss and write about a wide range of texts in philosophy, science and its history. Emphasis will be placed on students’ capacity to respond critically to these texts in written as well as oral presentations. Through these learning activities, students are expected to develop a lifelong capacity and enthusiasm to continue such dialogues with science texts in the future.  Learning Outcome： By the end of the course, students should be able to -          comprehend and discuss science-related texts. -          identify the essential characteristics of how human beings view Nature. -          formulate informed personal views on the societal implications of scientific explorations. -          relate the developments in natural sciences highlighted in the course to contemporary human condition. -          evaluate the scopes of application, achievement and limitations of highlighted scientific methods using multiple perspectives.
